What we receive

• Contact and consultation booking forms: your name and email, and optionally your phone number, company name and message.
• Conversations with the AI assistant (chatbot) on the site or on Telegram: the text of your messages and the replies. If you share your name or contact details in a conversation, those are stored too.
• Voice conversations with Noushin: your voice is processed during the conversation to turn it into text and generate replies.
• Blog comments: the name you enter and the comment text.
• Client portal: your phone number for sending login codes, and information about your projects and support requests.
• Technical data: such as your IP address and browser type, which the site's hosting servers record automatically for security and troubleshooting.

What we use it for

To answer your requests and arrange consultations, to deliver and support the services you have contracted with us, and to improve the answers of our AI assistants. The Aivand team may review chatbot conversations to find mistakes and improve replies.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising.

Technical services

To run the site, some information is stored or processed by the hosting, database, email and AI services we use.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no analytics or advertising tools. Only the following is stored in your browser:

• The language you chose for the site.
• A chatbot conversation ID, so your conversation is not lost when you close the page.
• If you sign in to the client portal, your login session.

AI assistants

The site's chatbot and Noushin are both AI, not people. Their answers can be wrong or incomplete and do not replace a consultation with our team. Please do not enter sensitive information such as passwords, bank details or medical information in these conversations.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to answer you and work with you. Whenever you ask, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just email info@aivand.com.

Security

Access to your information is limited to the Aivand team, and connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Even so, no system on the internet is completely risk-free.

Changes to this page

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
