The site's chatbot and Noushin are AI and can make mistakes. Their answers — including anything they say about prices, delivery times or features — do not create any commitment for Aivand; our commitments are only those set out in a written proposal or contract.

Consultations, prices and contracts

The first consultation is free. The price of each project is given in writing after we have reviewed your needs, and the terms of each project are set in that project's own contract.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Post illegal, abusive or promotional content in comments or conversations.
• Try to disrupt the site or its assistants, or use them in an automated or bulk way.
• Enter other people's personal information without their permission.

User comments

Comments are reviewed before publication and may not be published, or may later be removed. By submitting a comment you allow your name and comment to be shown on the site.

Content ownership

The text, design and logo of Aivand belong to Aivand and may not be republished without written permission. Quoting short passages with attribution and a link to the original page is fine.

Aivand is not responsible for the content of sites it links to.
